I have requested a Debit order to be taken off my account on the 23rd of each month for the amount of R500 to pay.
With some sock i contacted the bank and realised that you guys are debiting my account on a different date?
This is really frustrating as i asked you guys to debit on the 23rd .. for the last few months i did not pay you and on top of that i have been penalised R115 for unpaid debit orders.
