Greenbacks being charged

I have not applied for the neebank greenbacks option which gives one options to buy certain stupid things from them with points that one gets. I have never applied for this option but I see on my statement that I am being charged for this.

Since when is acceptable for a credit provider to just start deducting money for whatever they want???
