CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DATE!!!

Hi

I'm now very annoyed, every time i send through an email or call to advise Africa Bank to change my debit order date to the 1st of everything month! I get paid on the last day of the month and when they debit there is no money in yet and this causes my bank to charge me. I also have a problem with them, someone else uses my bank account so when her money goes in the 27th you guys debit. Cat you just stick to having the debit order go off on the 1 of every month. Initially when i took this loan out i have requested you guys to debit on the 1st of every month. I also requested you guys to not post my statements to me cause i no longer live @ that address and would like you to email but no response to that as well. still debiting on incorrect dates and still sending to old address. this is really frustrating! please update your system ASAP.
