I was in an accident on the 12 of Dec, which I reported to Discovery accordingly. I was handed to a claims handler Neo Lephoto. My car was towed to Proline Panelbeaters. Discovery organized for a courtesy for me which was due back to Avis by the 11 Jan. Proline advised that they would not be able to start on the car in Dec which would throw me out of my courtesy car timeline. I then got an alternative panelbeater, as we were about to move the car Proline called back to say they would offer me a car on the 6 of Jan. I check with my claims handler, she's not available the lady in her place does not feedback to me what Proline's feedback is. Proline themselves do not feedback. Eventually I call again, and then told that Proline have not cars and there's nothing that Discovery can do. I am Discovery's client, should they have not been following this up on my behalf? Instead im told by a very insensitive and rude Team Manager Phillemon, that it does matter what I do they will not extend my courtesy car. Why not say they cant extend the car but will fight with Proline themselves instead of me having to fight Proline myself. When Proline was chosen by Discovery?! Im ready to cancel now!!!
