Proline Panelbeaters
Bad service & Breach of Promise

My car went in at Proline Panelbeaters after an accident on the 12th of December, they couldn't immediately attend to my car and therefore I opted to go for a different Panelbeater that was willing to. I needed for my car to be fixed before my Insurance Courtesy car period ran out. Proline instead that they would like to keep the vehicle and they promised and sent me a letter indicating that they would offer me a loan car on the 6th of January to prevent me not having a car. I agree to this. The week begins and I do not hear from Proline, I send a number of email and non are responded to. I call today on the 9/01 and I am told that they no longer have cars currently even though they had promised via an email saying this would happen. I now sit without a car. What do I do???
