Proline Panelbeaters
Proline still owes me money!!!

My insurance company recommended that I took my car into Proline after damaging my side doors. Not only did proline take their time to repair my car it came back with a extra scratches and 1 less tinted light. I queried why my tail light was changed even though it was not damaged, there response was poor. "Insurance compensated for it". However they had promised to pay me back R850.00 to re tint my taillights, needles to say I have been waiting for my money for 2 months now.
My overall experience at proline was agonizing torture. I will never recommended it to anyone for any job no matter how easy or how small.

The positive side to it.
Well I guess I can thank proline for their pure negligence and "don't care attitude". I am proud to say I am currently opening my own Pannel beater where customer satisfaction will be guaranteed. Proline can keep my money as they have taught me a life lesson. Look after your customers as they are the ones who feed you at night.
