Hi

i booked my car in for panel beating Monday 6 Jan 2014, 8am. As per the booking Proline gave me. i was given a Repair booking In Form number 0107 and an attachment,
this had numbers of a consultant whom i should contact to get the status of my car. I called this number and their reception since monday and no one answers the call.

only yesterday Thursday i get email notification of my car only being checked in the Panel beating department.

today, friday i called the 2 lines given and still no answer.

i am left with no car to move around and dont even know when the car will be ready.

Proline needs to get a move on as this is causing a lot of money to have the car fixed. i need my car as soon as possible.
