3 months to fix a side smash... seriously???

My vehicle was taken to proline panel beaters after an accident which took place on the 21 March 2013. The authorization was then subsequently sent through to the panel beaters (Proline Panelbeaters). I contacted Proline specifically Roxanne who could not give me a time frame of when the vehicle would be prepared. I also spoke to the service manager Mary Jane who was also not very helpful, as I asked for the vehicle to be prioritised as its been more than 3 months... I waited and waited and I am still waiting to get my vehicle back. It's been more than 3 months now and yesterday when I called Roxanne she advised she would get the manager of the floor to call me back. I am still waiting for that phone call. This is really sad that for 3 months I have waited to get my car back and I cannot be given any concreit information pertaining to my vehicle or the repair thereof.
What horrible service, if I had known this is the type of service I could expect, I would have insisted on the insurer taking the vehicle somewhere else.
