After 2 months my car's still not fixed!

I phoned to say I had an accident. I was informed to take my car to have the damage assessed. After 2 weeks I get a call to ask when I am going to assess my car, I informed them I already did! The agent from Miway said he'll phone me back to say where to go to have my car fixed.2 Weeks after I have to phone to find out what's going on, I am informed I must take my car to Cape Town to have it fixed. I live 2hours away from Cape Town and asked for someone closer to me. The agent said she will check and phone me back.3 Weeks later i have to phone AGAIN just to hear they never checked for a place closer. The agent refused to have me speak to a manager. I then told him I've been on the line almost 30min and was hanging up. He phoned me back and then tells me I must look for a place closer and let them know! What am I paying them for if I have to phone them back all the time and then look for my own panel beater to fix my car! They are supposed to be MY way but their not interested to help you at all! Thinking of cancelling my insurance and devising everyone else to as well.
