Lack of interest in a new client

Since signing up with MiWay I have had nothing but problems. My car details were entered incorrectly on their system and when I informed them of this they wanted to increase my policy. Items I described on the phone were also left off. Infact the man I informed about this error was rude to me and when I asked for a copy of my previous recording, he never got back to me. I had to call again to get some one else to send it to me. After many phone calls and no apologies this was rectified. I was then told that MiWay would help me cancel my policy with my other insurance but to no avail. My cover is supposed to start with MiWay tomorrow but my policy with another insurance company is still in place. When i phoned MiWay to query this, no one could speak to me and they would call me back - that didn't happen.
As of right now I have been sitting on the phone with MiWay for 25 minutes waiting for some one to speak to as apparently no one works in Retention. I want to cancel my policy because if this is the way I am being treated as a new client, what's it going to be like when I have a claim?
