Pathetic service, rude and condesending staff!

I have sent emails and called, been cut off, called again, put on hold for 10 minutes, cut off, called again, on hold another 20 minutes, called again and then I get told I only was on hold for 5 minutes???

All I requested is a letter!!! I cannot understand how this is such a mission and that I have to go through this routine for a week and still NOTHING!!! @

I am now on the line holding for a Team Leader as the managers leave at 4???

So much money spent n advertising, how about training staff???
