7 weeks to fix my phone!!

My Cellphone fell out of my hand down the stairs and broke. I took it in on the Monday 20th May 2013 to MTN, my service provider to have it fixed. FINRITE (24 Hrs Mobility) fetched it WEEKS later to be fixed. Fintite phone me and asked me where my phone is? I said it's at Heidelberg MTN Shop. Whereon the replied it's not there it's missing. MTN called and said that they found the phone ant it in for repairs. No one made any contact with me until 1 st July where FINRITE said that my phone will be at MTN latest 4th July. When I got to the store the phone was not there. The store Manager Anita Phoned FINRITE Supervisor "Donavan" to found out where my phone is. Donavan the said the driver is on its way he will found out where he is. Donavan never phoned back and when Anita phoned him, he left "it was 5 o clock" So I went back to the store on Friday, same story the phone is not there, I went back Saturday my phone is not there, It Monday today 7 weeks I have been waiting. I will never take my phone in to be fixed again. I'd rather throw it down the drain and claim a new phone. This is unacceptable! How can you almost wait 2 Months for your phone to be fixed?
