Lack of Response-Long waiting period for claim

Good day

Im am saddened by the service im receiving from Miway. For someone who is paying almost R3500 monthly for insurance i feel im being short treated. I lodged a cell phone claim on 27 Dec and to date i havent received feed back on outcome of my claim. I have called in sooo many times, im just tired of Carel promising to call and not phoning.

I have two cars with a joint value of over a million rand with you, household contents and cell phones. I need to know that im with a good insurer.

Im told that you awaiting Vodacom, three weeks later? Im also told that vodacom is in no way contracted to you guys therefore you are unable to rush them to provide you with information. Then how do you depend on someone not contracted to you to assist in your customer service?

I'm now waiting three weeks for a cellphone claim to be concluded, Really?

I have tried to call in several times when you guys have been quiet but im using alot of airtime and over and above that, when i joined Mi way i had no idea that claiming would be sooo slow and draining.

Im really upset because if this is your definition of doing things " My way" then we as clients are with the wrong company
