NEVER RECEIVED FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE FROM MIWAY

I had and accident on the 4th of October and reported my claim to Miway. Since then i never got a all or any feedback from them. I called a few times and we told that the car was a write off, but they still busy with validations.two weeks passed no call from them, i called again and we told they still busy, i called again and they told me that they need the papers for the car and settlement, which i sent to them, but they never came back to me, i called again and they told me that the lady Hlamalani who is handling my claim will call me back, she never did. Last week i called and they told me that i'm listed on ITC, one for R25000 which i know nothing of, i called the company and the company also don't know anything of that listing, i called them to inform them and then they say that there is another listing and then I got upset. What does ITC have to do with my claim, Miway deducted premiums every month without fail. I hate insurance companies, they always looking for loopholes not to pay out. It's now a month and no one called me back. Why don't they check how many times i was married and divorced. I'm really disgusted on the service level, will never use them again. VERY BAD SERVICE
