No real legal advice

I am about to face my landlord's laywers at housing tribunal meeting. So far I have not received any advice
that has put my mind at ease or any reason to go ahead and challenge my landlord. As I am am in the right. Problem is that I have signed a settlement agreement and so far It seems as if the landlord has not honoured agreement also states that I withdraw my case. If I do not do this what can the outcome be.

Again I have never seen any laywer in the flesh as the tv suggests
