No feedback to help take out a policy

I wanted to take out a warantee. I got a quote from Paul Clifford. I had a few questions that he couls not answer. I asked him to get back to me. this was in early December. I then called back just before Chritmas. I spoke to some who said they would give him the message. I have not received any feedback. What kind of a compant does not take on new business. Their customer service is pathetic and judging by the complaints on this forum, I am not alone.
