I called 2 weeks ago to get a HLPP quote on my existing bond and was told that someone would call me back, which she did whilst I was driving so I asked to call back after an hour - that never happened. I called back the next day and was kept transferring from one dept to another until the phone rang continuously till it cut off. I have been doing this for the past 7 days now with still no luck. Eventually someone gets to help me and tells me he needs 5 mins to work out the quote and will call me back. It has gone 24 hours now still no luck. I get SMS and calls daily from companies trying to sell me some sort of insurance and here I can't get one for myself. Standard Bank is not FORWARD for me right now - Not SIMPLE - Walk the Talk.

Today I am forced to take out this insurance privately - so Standard bank - you are moving backwards.
