Not clearing international access problem

I have been trying to access my international banking for three weeks. I called Standard bank and they should have activated my account. Three weeks ago I called for the first time, the consultant said he will call me back and till today nothing. A week later I called again, other consultant transfered me to the international department, consultant their said I must wait, he will check. After 5 minutes the phone cut off, still nothing recieved. A week ago I called again, consultant said he does not know what to do, and he will find out if he can get someone to help me. Still think he is looking for someone to help me. Yesterday i called 7 times and everytime someone said they will just ask someone how to solve the issue, with no response, either the phone cut out, or went back to the switchboard. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Luckliy this is only for my work, and I personally dont bank with them!! And never will!!
