I logged an complaint about an un authorized deduction from my account. I send the details to the legal department. Telling what happened and who made the deductions. Until today I haven't received any feedback whatso ever from Standard Bank. Yet I've been with Standard Bank for most of my life. If that is the way they do business then I don't know. As for me taking money from someones account without their consent is illegal and that constitues.
