Bad account management and notifications

I'm on elite banking, but I'm being charged honouring fees. When it clear that standard banks own sms notification and deductions are only being done weeks later. This first happened in December2013 when I notice, one day I had more money the expected a day later my account would be on a negative. I would transfer money from my saving to my cheques to balance my account and more deduction would happen. When I checked my states is purchases done 2 weeks ago. Of which I transferred more money and still had other deduction till I had less the R10 in my account.
So with that I told myself I don't have money till pay day.
Now I get a call from Standard bank credit telling me my account is in a negative with an amount of R1300 .
Then the guy tells me it technical issues, was it not Standards back responsible to notify me of my transaction as they happen, so I can manage my many better. Isn't this the purpose of a bank to help us manage money better.
Now my credit record is compromised because of a STANDARD BANK TECHNICAL ISSUES. On top of that the guy doesn't admitted that its the banks problem and I need to pay up.
Standard has no loyalty to customer that have been loyal to them. BYE!
