BAD SERVICE - AGAIN

I received a mail from Standard Bank on 13 December 2013 with the heading "Fee adjustment on Prestige Banking accounts"
In the mail I was given a few options to send a sms to the bank and get the bank to phone me regarding the service I want to change or quarry. I send an sms on the 13 of December 2013 and receive an almost immediate reply by sms that the bank will contact me soon regarding the specific service.

It is today the 9th of January - and still no phone call from my bank
