Capitec Bank
Not Releasing funds

The worst bank possible. I transferred my house keepers salary into her Capitec Account the 17th of December from FNB. I paid R38 to have the funds transferred immediately into the Capitec account so that my house keeper my have her money before Christmas.

Capitec only released the funds into the account on the 24th of December. This is the worst service I have ever come across. The bank refuses to provide these details to FNB. They refuse to refund my my R38. STAY AWAY FROM CAPITEC. I now know why their fees are so low. They have no service what so ever.
