In October I approached FNB to open a cheque account, I handed in all the necessary FICA documents required. To date 09/01/2014 I have been to the Cresta branch on several occasions to enquire on the account opening 62436745890 and debit order switching from my Nedbank account. I have had no feedback from visits to the branch and logging a query on the FNB care box. I have been charged monthly service fees from October, but nothing has been done to activate the account or switch my salary and debit orders. FNB please refund me the service fees charged as I cannot pay a service fee for no service.
