Capitec!!!

My cell phone has been with all my personal information and banking info, I have opened a case and blocked my cell phone, I was no longer using my caiptec account @ this time

Some time later I received payment into that account and when I decided to use the funds further, capitec has put a hold on my account, claiming that the account has been used for, I have been requested to make an affidavite stating where that particular payment was from, and I did! I also handed my affidavit to the manager @ my branch, which told me he will hand it to forensics, 8 months later, they won't release my funds, still claiming the account was used for even though I have not been using the account at all prior to the payment I have been awaiting

So guess what, the point is capitec is holding the funds, not even returning it to the account it came from

So well done capitec, I can now see that the funds won't be released to me, or even the account holder that has made the payment, and caiptec gets to keep all the funds for themselves, well done capitec, we can clearly see who the are as the funds will be staying with capitec!!!
