I've spent the last couple of hours trying to get a hold of the person responsible for handling my claim. I've left copious amounts of time leaving messages and practically begging the consultants to give me feedback on the process of my claim. Eight days later, I have received nothing. No call, no feedback. Worse I tried telling the consultants that when I went to view my car at the panel beaters it was in a worse state then when I had left it. Still they haven't called. It's become clear to me that this company doesn't have their customer's best interest. The service is bad, the consultants are impatient, quick to transfer you, no attention nor communication skills. I'm concerned about my car but in the last eight days iWyze has shown zero interest in helping me. In the end this is only going to make my issues worse, thanks to iWyze I might end up not having means to travel by the end of the month and this will affect my job as it requires me to travel. If anyone can give me advise as to what to do next please let me know before its too late for me.
