False Advertising

Outsurance could not match my quote but refused to pay my R400 according to their promotion. their reason was because I did a quote with them 4 months ago. their consultant did not mention to me that I had to wait 6 months. they made a mistake and refused to rectify it they gave me the run around until I had to keep emailing and asking them whats the problem. I requested a copy of the calls that they made to me but I was denied. I don't see why they offer a promotion but find every excuse not to fulfil it. they also said that when I did the quote 4 months ago I had 30 days to claim my money if I was not told about the promotion how must I claim for it.

this is just a from my opinion. they talk the talk but when it comes time to deliver they find every excuse to either avoid you or not pay at all.
