False advertising

I called in Outsurance end June 2013 with regards to their promotion (R400). They couldnt beat my quote fro MiWay therefore they should pay me the R400 as per their popular and so widely spread advert. However I have been pushed from pillar to post whenever I call in about that. No link has been sent ..when I called today I was told I was paid for the last promotion they had. If this is the case shouldnt that be said on the advert??? that of u once recieved money fro m such a promo dont call again???

This is false advertising ..Can I Kindly request my R400 be paid to me as soon as I send the quote from MiWay?
