Outsurance
R 400 promotion

I called Outsurance twice for a quote, thinking that i will move my insurance to them. i have tried various options to see if they can beat my current premiums,

No where during the conversation on both instances was I offered the R 400 promotion and they quickly drop the call after they realise they cannot match the current premiums. Not realising that all I was trying to do is to see how I can place my business with Outsurance trying to quote various options.

After my discussion with them regarding this, they mentioned because I have not asked for the R 400 or tell them I'm calling for the R 400 promotion on the first quote, I did not qualify.

Firstly, my intention for quoting was not for R 400, I honestly wanted to place my business with Outsurance, but after the calls I had with the consultant regarding this and the way they advertise the R 400 being misleading, I will not use Outsurance again.
