False Advertising

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUTSURANCE AND VERY GLAD I CANCELLED MY POLICY WITH THEM THIS MORNING.

I claimed for hail damage, which I had to fight for as the quote they gave me was insufficient. I had to argue and phone Outsurance numerous times and eventually they paid out more. Why don? t they do it correctly the first time?

I phoned for a quote for my new vehicle, which Outsurance quoted me R1563. The other insurances I called, all quoted me around R500. Outsurance advertise that if they can't beat your quote they pay you R400. Which once again they had an excuse for.

My uncle also phoned and got a quoute from Outsurance. Outsurance could not beat the quote Alexander Forbes had given. He asked about the R400 and was told he has a foreign passport and that is why he won? t receive the R400.

Outsurance should really stop advertising this R400. There are far too many terms and conditions, in my opinion this is FALSE ADEVERTISING!!!
