Old Mutual
Useless Staff

I called Old mutual eveymonth since April 2013. I have a life Insurance policy with them which has matured.
They have paid me out in May 2013. Since then the have continued to debit my account.
I call every month for them to stop and refund me but to date nothing has been done.
I want the to refund me immediatley and cancel the debit order.
i cannot continue to call every month.
this is unacceptable.
