I recently contacted Old Mutual to change me debit order dates, due to the fact that I've changed employers. The call centre staff, wow what a disappointment with the service, the lady i spoke to was not friendly showed no empathy and was really disgusting to deal with. After a 5 minute argument with the call centre agent she finally took my detail's and forwarded to their admin dept. They called my employer to verify employment but did not change my debit order, know i have an unpaid debit order, which i would like old mutual to refund me and please change my debit order date going forward.

This is the second time i have had such a poor experience with Old mutual, and all i required was a simple assistance to either suspend the D/O or change the date. YOUR SERVICE STINKS
