Smart device application a huge hassle

I applied for a smart device from FNB online, received confirmation that they would contact me within ten days etc.

This application then subsequently just disappeared and had to spend 20 minutes trying to get through to the call centre where a clueless and abrasive consultant tried to assist but then the line went dead.

FNB always promises simplicity and ease of use. This i find to be complete rubbish. They're just a traditional bank like any other.
