Correct info

Hi.
I could not get the correct information telephonic ally.
I received my fund payout last year October and i am still waiting for a breakdown statement from Alexander Forbes. I want to know exactly what my contribution were and what my company contribution were.
On the statement i received from them states no transferred portion from Liberty Life.
Alexander Forbes confirmed that they were not the administrator of my fund in 2006.
My IRP5 states that my lump sum benefit is from 28/02/09.
I want to know what this means, because nothing makes sense.
