This is the SECOND time I am posting a complaint on Hellopeter. I had a once-off incident on my account on 28 OCTOBER and reported it in November. I live in the UK so it has cost me a great deal of money phoning internationally. I have also emailed the division three times. NOT ONE PERSON has bothered to get back to me despite my having given all the details they require to follow up on the problem. I am absolutely OUTRAGED at the lack of communication and absolute inability of the people at Standard Bank to settle this issue quickly and responsibly. This happened IN A BANK!!! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!!! I will be emailing the CEOs and the board of directors if I do not hear from someone by close of business TODAY!!!
