I have been emailing Standard Bank since 27 December about money taken from my account, and it has not been resolved. I have emailed all the information to them (as requested via complaint 31344625), I have given the information to them over the phone (as requested after my first hellopeter complaint), but I am ignored, again, by the bank I have been using for 26 years. Disgusting service to say the least. Today I will be complaining via the newspapers, FaceBook, Twitter, and as soon as I get my money back I will be moving to another bank. Standard Bank do not serve their customers well.
