Poor and bad insurance claim feedback

Had an accident with my car, someone else reversed into me. Reported the incident to Standard bank car insurance division on the 15th September. The Assessor saw the car on the 18th - excellent service. It is today the 7th October and no word from Standard bank as to the repairing of the car. I phoned the claims section every day just to hear that they will phone me back - this never ever happened. Kept on phoning and the latest now is that they have to listen to a tape recorded conversation between me and them when i applied for cover... this happened two weeks ago. Still nobody listened to the tape, still no authorisation to fix the car...
Nobody else that you can talk to except the guy at the help desk.
Bad service bad delays bad insurance...
