COMMITTED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT USING ATM

I WANTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY ON 8 OCTOBER 2013. AFTER INSERTING MY CARD AND PIN THE SCREEN DISAPPEARED AND I RECEIVED A SMS CONFIRMING THAT MY CREDIT BALANCE WAS WITHDRAWN AND I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE DEPARTMENT OF STANDARD BANK AND REPORTED THIS INCIDENT AND BLOCKED MY CARD FROM STD BANK ATM BRANDWAG. I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL BE REIMBURSED WHEN INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED AND FOUND TO BE WITHIN 15 DAYS. I AM A STUDENT AND IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF THIS MONEY. IT IS ACTUALLY RIDICOULOUS THAT THIS HAS TAKEN NOW 21 DAYS AFTER MANY FOLLOW UP CALLS FROM MY SIDE AT OUDTSHOORN BRANCH AND BLOEMFONTEIN BRANCH OF STANDARD BANK I WAS CONTACTED TODAY BY STANDARD BANK FORENSICS AND BEING INFORMED THAT IT CAN BE CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS A AND THEY ARE VERY SORRY I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!! tHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME AND I BELIEVE VERY POOR BANKING PRACTICE. I HOPE STANDARD BANK CLIENTS OUT THERE ARE AWARE OF THIS AND THE FACT THAT THEIR BANK WILL NOT BACK THEM UP AGAINST .AS A FUTURE BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL . I WILL CERTAINLY NOT DEAL WITH STANDARD BANK SA. MY CASE REF NO WITH STD BANK IS 3437230
