Haven't closed account

I closed my Nedbank account on the 11th January 2013 (Ref. No. 61107036)
Received text message telling me of a payment to Telkom on 26/01/2013 and called and was given Reference 61296453. I was told that the matter would be dealt with.
Received text message to indicate that transactions were taking place on the 'closed' account.
I have the following reference numbers, but it seems that the account is not yet closed.
