Adverse listing plus Judgement for the same acc

Good day,
I would like to find out what i should do when a company place me on Adverse listing and Judgement in the same period of time. If you pay the lawyer via Garnishee, which means it is Judgement. Why is the adverse listing not removed? Or why dont it gets updated?
please advise. thanks
