Refund

I went on the 18 desember to the bank to get my money refunded and then they told me its in progress and from there they told me it wil be in that day or the next day and from there every day its not available then I went back to the bank and same story again every day when the bank was open they told me the same and last week friday someone told me it wil take 7 working days but until now its more than 7 working days and my money is not been available and yesterday I went again and they phoned the collection department and they told the same story today or tomorrow and today the 7 January the money is not available
