R15 000 out of my husband's account!

On the 15th Dec.my husband woke up with a whole lot of sms notifications from standard bank ref DERBY KING 2, spending almost R15000 from our account. We had all the cards and my husband phoned immediately. They cancelled the card and said they will stop the last two transactions, 10days will be taken to investigate. As the next day was a holiday and so many others were still coming we knew it will take longer. We went to the the bank on the 17th and were told they can't do anything, but we must be refunded by department. Also were told the money was stopped. Next day my husband checked with his new temp.card and almost no money left, everything did go off. We phoned again and were told we would be phoned, we phoned today and were told they would tell us today or tomorrow if we would be refunded. They better give our money back! We've had the worst Christmas and new year and had to get an overdraft to be able to pay ouhome loan at the same bank. This is unfair and we would've had a great festive season after working hard the whole year. Now we might be struggling going into the next. Please we need help!
