Absolutely appalled by the level of service from standard bank insurance brokers - called the 0860 121 141 number to report a claim on our household insurance. The voice recording repeatedly said that they are having a high call volume and the call could take up to 10 minutes to be answered. After 46 minutes I finally hung up. We are paying An absolute fortune for our insurance every month and this is the disgusting and unacceptable service we receive in return? Am sure if I banked with FNB like everyone else I know I would not have to put up with this'!!! Someone in a decision making position had better respond!!!
