I want to thank you from the bottom off my heart for bouncing everything on my account in the festive season and also for the R600 you charged me for doing so. You have made the festive season so special and I really appreciate the extra pressure. You have once again proved why I have voted you the most pathetic bank ever and also cleared up why you are losing so many customer and are no longer one of the big 4. My goal this year will be to get rid off you as soon as possible.
