Extremely Slow Call Centre - On Hold forever!

I am busy with an insurance claim for damage to my property during a burglary. All I needed to do was to change the assessing company so that they can attend to my claim earlier - More than 1 week is too slow when your front door was kicked open. I called the call centre, with my claim number in hand. The call was only answered after about 10 minutes. I was then put on hold again for another 10 minutes. After a brief discussion, I was put on hold again for about another 15 minutes! After this (more than 30 minutes in total), the operator told me she will get back to me. I wish she did that in the first place. I experienced the same slow call centre response when I called their card division a few weeks ago (I had to hang up after being on hold for 20 minutes) and the private banking call centre also takes ages to answer calls. This is really slow service... Imagine a friendly person answered the call in 2 minutes and solved my issue!
