Submitted a claim for security cameras beginning of December, sent through quotes and have heard nothing since. I call claims department and they are on voicemail, the lady who handled my case doesn't answer my calls, doesn't return my calls and when I try call it goes straight to her voicemail but then says voice mail is full. I apparently can't speak to anyone else as I was told numerous times no one can help me except the lady who took the claim. Is this how efficient absa's claims department is? I'm frustrated just because I don't know where I stand and no one has the decency to help me or return my calls!
