It has never crossed my mind that an ABSA financial advisor could lack such an important skill such as customer service. Mr Clover advised my parents to cancel their money back policy and take out a life policy instead, which they did. weeks went by without any word from him. evertime my mom calls he's never available and doesn't return her calls either. Magdalene keeps on calling my mom, with whom my mom does not want to speak because she dealt with Mr Clover. Magdalene speaks in a very condescending manner and she wants to speak "woman to woman" about issues of a personal nature and which really doesn't concern her, is this what ABSA staff are trained to do? My mom tried calling him today again, he has still not returned her call and she needs clarity on this policy as it's now at an instalment which they cannot afford. Bond repayment previously was R2225, it's now close on R3200. This was not the agreement at all and he doesn't even have the decency to return her calls. Don't you think that customers deserve proper feedback and clarity?

I ask that this matter please be sorted as soon as possible or we will have to report it.
