No feedback on claim outstanding from 11 Decembe

I registered a claim with ABSA on the 11th of December for lightning damage on my gate motor. Absa appointed a company to deal with the claim. The company already sent their comprehensive report to Absa on the 24th of December and Absa should now settle the claim with me, the customer. Since then I am unable to get hold of anyone in the existing claims department of Absa. I have made phone calls daily and even directly contacted the lady supposedly dealing with my claim. She is, however not responding to her e mails or answering her phone. I also contaced the manager of that department who is also not answering her phone or responding to her e mails. The new claims department have sent numerous e mails to the existing claims department requesting them to contact me, but with no response. I am currently in a situation where my safety is at risk, due to the nature of the damage caused to my property and need this settled as soon as possible.
