I have lodged a complaint on 13.12.31.( DEBIT ORDER) No one made any effort to phone me conserning my complaint. I have settled my account in the meantime (This also took me a week just to get assistance from FNB) I really hope that I dont need to do business with FNB ever again because I had a bad experience with them
