I would urgently like feedback regarding my Complaint lodged on 21.02.2013 (ref # 257274) as I am getting absolutely no joy from FNB!! What I was promised telephonicaly I am not getting as now suddenly I don't qualify for it AND I've actually received a confirmation e-mail before that?! How does that work? I've been BEGGING for FNB to pull all the phone call records made to me, and still no luck! After going through all the effort of changing my debit orders and currently paying bank charges at two different banks I am still eagerly awaiting a response. Now I've been told they've made a mistake - how can you make a mistake like that on black and white?? Feels like I have completely wasted my time as I'm just getting beeped over and over!
