Immediately after the passing of my husband a claim was forwarded to Phakama Funeral Society, a subsidiary of Sanlam. After relentless attempts, the claim had still not been honoured. It is 5 months since my first claim, yet upon each enquiry I reach a dead end! I need urgent feedback on the status of my claim. My membership number is 2565000400.
